DishCover's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are designed for our multi-tenant restaurant ordering platform, ensuring compliance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). These documents detail data handling for customers, restaurants, and staff using features like AR menus, real-time notifications, and admin dashboards. ​ Privacy Policy Effective: December 27, 2025 DishCover, operated by Vincent's DishCover Inc. (Quezon City, Philippines), collects personal data including names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, payment details, order histories, and device info from users registering accounts, placing orders, or accessing AR features. ​ We process this data to fulfill orders, manage multi-tenant restaurant accounts, send notifications via WebSockets, analyze usage with tools like Vercel analytics, and prevent fraud. Data stays isolated per tenant (restaurant) using Prisma and MongoDB schemas. ​ Data shares occur only with processors like PayMongo for payments and Vercel for hosting, under data processing agreements. We retain data as needed for services (e.g., 7 years for financial records) or legal requirements, then securely delete it. Security uses encryption, JWT auth via Better-Auth, and access controls. ​ Users have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing by emailing support@dishcover.ph. We do not sell data and honor do-not-track requests where applicable.
